DMHA Innovation Fund
Funding opportunities for VCSE organisations delivering innovative support
Small grants for local innovation supporting Mental Health Drop-in sessions across Devon.
The Devon Mental Health Alliance (DMHA) Innovation Fund provides grants of up to £800 to VCSE organisations delivering innovative support to improve mental wellbeing across Devon.
We are helping to promote innovation in the delivery of mental health services across the wider voluntary and community sector in Devon, with a particular focus on supporting grassroots organisations for whom relatively small funding pots could significantly enhance the outcomes achieved. If you work for an organisation or project that could benefit from a small grant, and can help to deliver activity that will align with our local Mental Health Drop-in sessions or Digital Learning Platform, read on and apply below.
Who qualifies for funding?
Any VCSE organisation delivering activities, projects, or programmes in Devon which help to support people’s mental wellbeing and can help to deliver activity that will align with our local Mental Health Drop-in sessions or Digital Learning Platform, can apply for a grant from the DMHA Innovation Fund. We are particularly hoping to help organisations with projects that provide genuine innovation in helping to alleviate challenges in the areas below. If you work to help any of these groups, we encourage you to apply for funding.
Funding can be used to support a broad range of activity including capital (for example, the purchase of IT equipment) and/or revenue investment (for example, staffing costs or renting of space). The DMHA Innovation Fund is specifically targeted at organisations providing support for people’s mental wellbeing, with a particular focus on the severe mental illness cohort. However, funding can be used to support preventative work and activity that supports recovery where people are de-escalating from more intensive interventions.
