Many thanks as always to our guest speakers, all 60 attendees and everyone who supported our fantastic 5th event held at the iconic Devonport Guildhall, on 18th September, a venue which is starting to feel like our home.
Ilfracombe Poverty Truth Launch
On September 26th the Ilfracombe Poverty Truth Commission gave it's opening address to assembled MP's, Devon County Council and local parties engaged in the area. Colleagues from Devon Mental Health Alliance were invited to participate.

These sessions are for everyone, including those receiving support for their wellbeing and those that aren't. No diagnosis is required, all are genuinely welcome.
Livemind - a mindfulness-based course offered by The AccEPT Clinic
LiveMind is a four-session mindfulness-based course aimed at people who have experienced mental health difficulties in the past and are looking to manage and maintain their wellbeing.

Join our Samba Drum Group! A 6-week summer wellbeing group being held in Barnstaple
The aim of the group is creative expression to boost mental wellbeing and anyone in Devon aged 18 years or over is welcome to join.
