The organisation supports people with complex life situations and multiple disadvantages, focusing their support around recovery, belonging, rehabilitation and wellbeing.

Devon Mind

Devon Mind is an independent mental health charity and a member of the national Mind federation. The charity provides advice, information, and support to empower anyone in Devon who may be experiencing a mental health problem, as well as campaigning to increase awareness and understanding.

Improving Lives

Registered charity no. 1066776

Improving Lives provides information, advice, and services for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions. As a long-established charity working in Plymouth and the surrounding area, the organisation has an excellent track record of delivering renowned services to meet local needs.

Rethink community support services are designed to enable people affected by severe mental illness to achieve their full potential and recover a better quality of life. The service provides a range of support, including group work and one-to-one support. Rethink Plymouth is a member of the DMHA.

For over 30 years, our services have supported people to build positive lives and futures by helping to find accommodation, assisting improved physical and mental wellbeing, providing training and personal development opportunities, and giving practical support to find employment.

Step One Charity

Step One supports people to manage their mental health, achieve employment goals, and live more independently. The organisation helps people to fulfil their potential with services in the community and at dedicated facilities, including mental health crisis care and recovery, and one-to-one mentoring.
