There are a whole host of mental health training opportunities and offers available across Devon, but we know how hard it can be to find them sometimes! Here, we’ve brought together links to some key training providers, so that you can find exactly what you’re looking for. Please contact us if you’d like your training featured.
Training from our members:
Devon Mind
Devon Mind offers Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England accredited training, as well as a range of courses and shorter seminars designed in-house. Organisations can enquire about bespoke packages.
Shekinah
Through their Learning Exchange platform, Shekinah offers a wide range of training opportunities that are updated on a regular basis. Opportunities are also split between Plymouth and Torbay & South Devon.
Step One
Step One Charity’s BeWell programme has a robust offering of training and support for businesses and individuals. Many courses and workshops are delivered online, including MHFA and their own content.

elfh
elfh provides e-learning to educate and train the health and care workforce. The programmes are developed in partnership with the NHS, third sector, and professional bodies, and can be accessed for free, 24/7 by health and care professionals.
Recovery Devon
Recovery Devon offers flexible, bespoke training for organisations focused on the concept and principles of recovery. Their courses include “Keeping Recovery Relevant”, “Recovery in Peer Support”, and “Recovery for Busy Teams”.
